As per the recent report from the UAE hiring team and various job portals, the country has still a maximum number of job opportunities.

According to the job portal gulftalent, the UAE has advertised total 2,221 jobs from which 1,669 jobs were resisted to the GCC countries only, countries include for Saudi Arabia 596, for Qatar 717,for Kuwait 129, in Oman 140 and in Bahrain 87 jobs.

Another job portal naukrigulf  also shows the same results for the job vacancies in UAE, total number of job vacancies as 18,297. The number of job vacancies available in the rest of the GCC countries is around 18,851.

By considering the above results Saudi Arabia stands in 2nd place holding with 9,206 job vacancies in the list, followed by the Qatar with 4,978 job vacancies and then Kuwait of 2,843 jobs, then followed by the Omen country with 970 and finally Bahrain with 854 job vacancies.

The Bayt.com data shows that in UAE total 4,307 jobs were listed, which includes the Saudi Arabia (2,936 jobs) in the 2nd place, followed by Qatar (1,355 jobs), then Kuwait (906 jobs. In Oman (224) and Bahrain (151 jobs).

A NaukriGulf job portal has released a hiring outlook survey report, which is conducted a couple months back, declared that most of the UAE recruiters are expecting the new jobs to be created by the next six months this year.  Where 58% of people were responded to this, by expressing that they were lacking in talents/skilled employees and with lower attrition rates.

Keeping in the view on creation of new job vacancies in the UAE, can create more opportunities when compared to previous years. With the recent decline in the oil prices, oil and gas industries are expected to see the new job vacancies in the country itself. As the construction and allied sectors have growth in its field and have good scope for building more career growth by 2020 in the UAE. The FIFA World cup 2022 in Qatar focused more to increase on its infrastructure development. The final outlook remains to positiveness.

Moreover the latest news  from  Monster Middle east Employment Index (MEI) on the job creation in UAE declares that the GCC country generates the most jobs from last month, As it is in the 2nd place now. The job advertising on the job portals was increasing year by year, its almost 24% in the September 2015, almost half of the October 2015 at 14%.

Monster.com, Managing Director (India, Middle East, South East Asia, Hong Kong), Mr. Sanjay Modi shared that the MEI index has the latest  report on their website as they are almost halved (24%) on its growth year by year,  by comparing from last month  October 2015 (14%) with the present result from September 2015 (increased by 24%). He wants to continue his progress in the same way it seems.
