Newzealand Relaxes Rules For Visa Applications

Newzealand Immigration authorities have announced that from July 6th onwards, they will be accepting the colour photocopies of documents for temporary entry visa applications.

These applications include visitor visa, student visa and work visa. However, certified or original copies have to be mandatorily submitted for permanent resident applications and also for entrepreneur work visa temporary applications.

In-addition, the Immigration officials can ask for original documents at the time of processing the applications. The officials will also continue to accept the original or certified documents.

The new rules will come into effect from July 6th onwards.
