Strategically use product expertise and technical know-how to provide customers with excellent, tailored solutions
Help define and execute Support team processes
Identifying and reporting bugs to Engineering and Product teams
Provide excellent customer service all along the way
Assist engineering team with test processes for new functionality within company system.
Answering customer emails and support calls
Regularly impart knowledge and proven processes into company knowledge base for the benefit of the wider team.

Requirements


Possesses a magnetic personality
Strong communication skills to engage with an international customer pool
A software programming background would be preferred
Strong analytical mindset and a problem solver.
Cheerful positive personality
Customer Service or Trainer experience would be advantages
