Responsibilities

Develop and implement an annual agenda for the HR strategy in line with the business plan.
Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
Develop and implement HR projects e.g. HR Strategy, Team development, onboarding, performance management and HRIS processes
Leading full 360 recruitment efforts for all entry and mid-level recruitment activities,
Candidate generation: push across all channels (job ads, offline, partnership) for quick generation of high number of applicant
Coordinate work with Hiring agencies
Oversee the candidate pipe ensuring process is smooth and efficient
Process payroll and coordinate the transition to a fully automated process
Develop a great spirit for the call center (through team building events, promotion of the right people or working on retention)
Continuously exercise a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion


Requirements

4+ years of work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting in a dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of labour law, payroll administration, recruitment and structuring of HR processes
You know how to organize your workload and set priorities
You like to think positively, proactive and enjoy working hands-on
You are a confident user of MS Office programs and Google applications
Highly pragmatic approach to keep an overview, especially in stressful situations
Ambitious personality, humour and the desire to create and drive the business forward
Exceptional influencing abilities to create strong ‘voluntary’ buy-in by building strong relationships with stakeholders across all functions and levels
Act as a role model for the organisation looks beyond own team as a role model and source of knowledge. Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
