Primary responsibilities 


+ Delivers digital services ranging from consultation to execution, including but not limited to: discovery and planning sessions; creation of prototypes, wireframes, templates; content creation and distribution using web CMS and applicable tools, and knowledge transfer and support. 
+ Ensures that the digital channel meets the needs of the intended audience and is presented most effectively, adhering to integrity of content and to SAS standards, best practices and industry regulations. 
+ Enhances the SAS digital channels by understanding the business objectives and delivering digital guidance and expertise based on an understanding of user behavior, in alignment with corporate goals and initiatives. 
+ Participates on cross-functional teams with the goal of ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and globalization of sales and marketing initiatives across major geographies. 
+ Collaborates with other marketing staff, including global counterparts, to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels. 
+ Conducts market research analysis to identify trends, topics, market opportunities or competitor performance in digital channels. 
+ Develops supporting documentation for web projects and initiatives. 
+ Analyzes website data and usability trends to validate current strategy and effectively makes recommendations for improvements. 
+ Optimizes web site conversion rates against KPIs (key performance indicators). 
+ Identifies changes and trends in digital marketing and recommends appropriate strategies that will ultimately maximize company profit. 
+ Stays abreast of related industry trends and technologies by doing online research, evaluating other 3rd party websites, and attending professional conferences. 


Required skills and abilities 


+ Must have a minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experience in a B-2-B field 
+ Advanced understanding of marketing communication concepts/functions and software tools (Word, PowerPoint, HTML, Adobe products, and/or SharePoint, web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) 
+ Knowledge of Industry sector and/or SAS solutions is an asset 
+ Experience on managing agencies 
+ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline. 
+ Curious, enthusiastic and interested in learning markets and offering trends 
+ Result driven 
+ A team player but also likes to take ownership and can work autonomously 
+ Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills 
+ Analytical and problem solving mind 
+ Innovation and creativity 
+ Perseverance and persistence.
