The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable experience in sales management and be able to demonstrate a full mix of sales attributes: Be structured, adaptable and have worked successfully in close collaboration with business\-to\-business marketing and product teams\. 
He or she must thrive in an international and complex environment, is a team player and is willing and able to combine innovative thinking with hands\-on execution of sales from lead to close\. 
Essential in this role is a strong drive to maximize revenue, accelerating the journey toward value\-based selling for our market\-leading benchmark pricing data services; the analytical mind\-set to focus on how to influence results and a deep interest in customer needs and behaviour at different stages of the sales cycle\. 


Key Accountabilities: 

• Manage a high performing sales team in APAC\. 
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and accelerate revenue growth\. 
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives\. 
• Build long\-term relationships with strategic customers in the region\. 
• Exploit current CRM systems and processes in order to build high quality data, which provides strong customer insight and enables us to maximise value from customers\. 


Skills and Behaviours: 

• Successful track records in high value, solution sales\. 
• Outstanding ability to motivate and lead the sales team to deliver targets\. 
• Passion for customer is essential \- creating strong, long\-term relationships with key customers\. 
• International experience, and culturally sensitive\. 
• Strong coaching and training skills 
• Excellent ability to communicate\. Must be highly effective in written and verbal communications 
• Able to work strategically across the organisation 
• Strong organisational ability 
• People orientated, excellent listening skills 
• Able to build relationships both external and internal 
• Experienced at working with CRM systems \(preferably Salesforce\.com\) 
• Commercial acumen 
• Demonstrable understanding of sales proposition 
• Highly motivated
