About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Cushman & Wakefield team in Sydney to work at the site of one of our clients, a global software company based near Town Hall. Your role will be to provide a high level of customer service to visiting clients, contractors and staff and ongoing administrative support to the team as required.       
 
 
Key Responsibilities


Greeting customers and guests and providing a lasting, positive first impression
Managing the Reception desk including liaising with couriers, deliveries etc
Managing systems for security badges, stationery, Spotify, canteen refreshments and meeting room bookings
Meeting preparation including coordinating tea/coffee preparation and catering for meetings
Raising and closing service tickets for facilities related requests
Answering switchboard calls
Supporting the facilities site lead one day per week with general FM duties
Set up/down of meeting rooms
Ensuring the customer floor is kept to a 5* standard
General ad hoc administration responsibilities such as sorting mail, topping up stationery, ordering locker initials/keys and sending out the birthday lists  
Set up of the working floor in the morning including coffee machines, TVs, clearing of hot desks 
 
About you: 


Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude yet friendly and approachable
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to manage multiple deadlines
Previous administrative and reception experience preferred
Team player attitude but with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
