Our Opportunity

As the successful candidate, you will assist with the preparation of mechanical engineering designs, analysis and related documents and coordinating work effort with other disciplines as well as clients. You will work under the direction of a senior engineer and will work collaboratively with other engineers, designers and field service staff on process plant related design projects. The candidate is expected to work with project teams and individual engineers to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets. Please note this position is based in Nanaimo therefore we will only consider local candidates or those willing to relocate.


Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
0-2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting is an asset; experience in consulting engineering is preferred
Registered or eligible to register as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) in the province of BC
Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) and a proven ability to collaborate with team members in a fast paced multi-disciplined environment
Technical competency and strong attention to detail
