Current Need 


Customer Success Strategy (CSS) is a 
division of the Customer Success Organization within McKesson Imaging & 
Workflow Solutions (IWS), a division of McKesson Technology services 
(MTS). Our customers are the lifeblood of our company and IWS is 
looking for a results-driven Manager, Customer Success to help manage and grow 
our team of Customer Success Leaders (CSL). The goal of the Customer Success 
Leaders is to successfully manage our customers’ lifecycle and to actively 
engage, retain, and enable our customers to fully utilize the IWS solutions. 
The Manager, Customer Success is ultimately responsible for ensuring the CSLs 
manage the complete post-sales lifecycle of a portfolio of IWS customers 
effectively and successfully. As the Manager of the CSL team, you will be 
primarily responsible and accountable for ensuring that the CSLs advocate for 
each customer, guiding them along a path to success, and engaging resources 
across IWS to ensure the customer’s success while simultaneously accelerating 
the expansion of IWS share of wallet within each customer organization. The 
ideal candidate will be passionate and motivated about both the success of our 
IWS Customers and the success of the CSL team. We are looking for a 
driven, innovative, and experienced Customer Success manager who is interested 
in using his/her customer success management, relationship management and 
strategic leadership skills to help us achieve our goal of being a trusted and 
valued partner for our customers and help IWS make long lasting, positive 
changes in the healthcare industry. 


Position Description 

As 
the IWS Manager, Customer Success you are able to manage, refine, 
and grow a “Cradle to Grave” Customer Lifecycle Management strategy and 
methodology for our IWS Customers, which the CSL team will be 
responsible for executing. You will ensure that the CSLs can connect the dots 
from Board-level objectives and customer-stated desired Outcomes, to Customer 
Success Scorecard goals to internal business processes and how our solution is 
configured and implemented. You will own all 
CSL processes and goals and will be responsible for reporting on the team’s 
progress to the IWS Senior Leadership Team and Key Stakeholders. An 
expert relationship builder and dynamic communicator with a successful track 
record of building rapport with employees. Equally comfortable with creating 
and evaluating strategic plans as you are with executing on the individual 
action items and details. The Manager will also quickly identify the team’s 
needs and collaborate with the correct internal resources and work closely with 
them to ensure those needs are addressed in a complete and timely fashion. A 
high-achiever that is laser focused on exceeding your customers’, your team’s, 
and IWS’s expectations; a problem-solver always looking for ways to 
continuously improve existing processes and workflows. A successful Manager, Customer Success is a business and 
healthcare-industry savvy individual that partners with our IWS cross 
functional leaders to understand their strategic and technical business 
requirements.The position will report to the Director, Customer Success 
Strategy (CSS).

and goals needed for the successful management of the CSL team and their 
customer lifecycle management activities
