The Package:

R7k – R25k (CTC) depending on experience
22 days annual leave
Working for an established London based employer
Working with London based clients (predominately)
Access to a healthcare scheme
40 – 45 hours per week, shifts during the core business hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 9pm
What Does a Support Engineer Do?

1st-line engineer

Basic technical trouble shooting (e.g. password resets; cabling; access; workstation configuration)
Rebuilds of workstations
Installation of software
Requires a level of supervision (whether onsite or remote)
Qualification equivalent: A+ or MCITP
2nd-line engineer

Minimal supervision required
Average to good trouble shooting skills (e.g. AD; servers; workstations; databases; networking)
Ability to know where to find information if unable to resolve (i.e. technical sites; vendors; etc)
Rebuilds of servers
Troubleshooting of applications
Qualification equivalent: MCSA
3rd-line engineer

No supervision required
Excellent trouble shooting skills (e.g. Fortigate; Citrix; VM Ware; Exchange)
Investigation of repeat failures and establishing root cause
Consultancy on technical projects/solutions
Qualification equivalent: MCSE
