Come join the Intuit Australia Team as an Implementation Specialist. Intuit Australia is introducing Australian small businesses and accountants to a better way to run their business, through delivering an awesome product and delightful customer experiences. As an Implementation Specialist for Intuit, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development managers and Partner Accountants to execute on our Shared vision/ Community strategy.
As the Account Manager for Intuit, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development mangers to execute on our Shared vision/ Community strategy.
Enablement - assisting clients migrating groups of entities to QBO
Supporting PA’s with conversion services
Direct liaison between the PA & Odyssey (3rd party Migration supplier)
Providing ongoing PA’s support -  “how to” questions
Supporting PA’s to advocate QBO
Circulating education materials
Confirming attendance at Intuit Training forums - Certification, webinars, “event in a bag”, etc
Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
Prioritize work time to optimize customer interaction
Consult with existing and new Intuit accountant & bookkeeping partners to help them identify needs and sell appropriate Intuit offerings
Be innovative in identifying sales opportunities, new business and other revenue generating schemes.
Work alongside our Customer Care team to answer our bookkeepers and accountants daily questions regarding our product & features
Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner
Provide regular administration updates of account management activities documented in Salesforce CRM.
Experience in an account management, providing world class customer service to exceed our customer’s needs.
 Proven success at selling additional products.
• Financial services qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of accountancy software is highly desirable.
Developing new business, driving new product lines and growing a highly valued current client base. Prior experience in an Account Management or Sales role with proven skills in business development, achieving sales targets and converting enquiries into sales are essential.
Provide constant feedback to Intuit Stakeholders to develop best practice account management solutions
Identify prospects by keeping abreast of current business trends and commercial sponsorship activities
Prepare detailed weekly milestone reports
Attend weekly sales meetings
Create high level how to document
Working alongside BDM’s to ensure PA’s are reaching their milestones as agreed in the signed SV/ partnership agreements Concierge - On-Boarding of Shared Visions clients -
Coordinate presentations with the BDM’s to SV clients
Support the BDM in Creation of co-branded marketing tools
Coordinate advanced & bespoke training for SV partnerships to deliver against Shared vision commitments – Requirement
Help PA’s navigate around the Pro- Advisor Portal
