MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting for an independent group of employees (active employees and retirees operation) via SAP
  • Master data in a Web-based HR-information system (workday), and in SAP
  • Stand-alone processing of special cases, the payroll (including attachments, part-time)
  • Production of statistics (internal and external) and certificates
  • Communication with authorities and public bodies (eg health insurance, tax office, employment agency)
  • Contact for employees and managers in all aspects of payroll
  • Support of HR teams on site
  • Participation in projects

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Successfully completed commercial training or business management studies
  • several years of experience in the field of payroll accounting by means of SAP HCM desirable
  • Sound knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience with the collective agreement for employees in the metal and electrical industry Nordwürttemberg / North Baden desirable
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • High service and excellent team working
