Job Responsibilities :

Handle recruitment process, e.g job postings, interview, draft employment contract, exit interview etc
Handle office insurance, medical insurance and employee compensation insurance
Handle payroll, taxation filing and final payment
Budget reports and control of the above items
Other clerical duties assigning by Senior Management

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements :

Education:           

University graduate and/or holder of equivalent professional qualification in HR  & administration and/or related discipline 

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years’ all-round office administration experience in sizable organizations of which 6 years are at managerial level. Previous working experience in private jet industry will be an added advantage

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office
Good problem-solving, able to handle multi-task work
Pleasant, detailed-mind, well-organized and presentable
Effective communications and interpersonal skills
