Key responsibilities

Creating, compiling, updating and keeping personnel records
Prepares monthly reports, vacation and indemnity settlements
Receiving, sorting and distributing all inward and outward mails
Coordinates with employment agencies and make necessary airline reservations
Performs tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Key requirements

College or University degree holder preferably in a Hotel Management University
Minimum of two (2) years experience on the same position in a 5 star hotel
English proficiency both written and verbal is required.
