Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent in the age group of 35 to 45.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin or local dialect will be an advantage.


Reports directly to the Management and handling the full spectrum of HR function.
Responsible for recruitment, learning and development, talent and performance management, staff engagement, compensations and benefits and employee relations.
To develop and formulate HR related policies and procedures.
To formulate an effective HR development strategy which is in line with the Company’s vision and goals.
Good knowledge about the statutory, labour laws in handling and advising Management in disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances termination, labour court, and other employee relation matters in compliance with local labour laws.
To attend the bi-monthly Group Meetings and to present reports on Company’s achievements, HR & Trainings; and to execute the decision on policies and regulations to the group of companies.
