Prepare employment, confirmation letters and issue memos
Update Malaysia and Singapore database on the staff
Liaise to create an email ID for the new recruit and delete email for resign staffs'
Update and email leave taken & leave balance to respective HODs for Malaysia and Singapore
Update medical & amp; dental claims for Malaysia & amp; Singapore
Calculate payroll according to their last working day
Update new staff details, status (hiring, resigning, promoting) and HR claims
Prepare Payroll Control via spreadsheet
Upload payroll in HSBCnet for Malaysia & Singapore.
Prepare EPF, SOCSO and PCB payment for Malaysia, and CPF payment for Singapore
Prepare the latest organization chart & phone directory
Print and circulate payslips to Malaysia and Singapore staffs
Update employee handbook if there is any changes time to time
Update the SOP template if any changes
Prepare monthly KPI report for manager and Asia global report for headquarters
Update the labor market survey for Ministry of Manpower in Singapore
Handle immigration matters
