Unique opportunity for an HR Manager to join an innovative financial services firm. Reporting to the Head of Business Services and with a dotted reporting line to the CEO, this position is responsible for supporting the organisation and its people through the implementation of an HR strategy that focuses on the ongoing development of staff.
This broad role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, processes and compliance requirements, as well as maximising the organisation's return on investment of its people. You will redesign their EVP as the business is currently undergoing a brand review and drive succession planning across the business. You will also manage all recruitment requirements for the business, establish a panel of preferred suppliers and manage the on /off boarding process. You will prepare employment contracts/starter packs, develop tailored induction programs and complete exit interviews. Critical to this role is to oversee all HR reporting and determine what reporting is required (such as employee engagement, retention etc.) to support the business and will coordinate internal and external training sessions. You will oversee the payroll function including reviews and remuneration, coordinate monthly payroll changes, manage annual remuneration reviews and the performance/development review process. This role will also see you continue the design and implementation of a high performance culture and manage the implementation of an LMS system, including supporting the business with the development of training content. Key to this role is to champion culture and engagement, initiatives, including engagement surveys and action plans and participate in and advise managers on performance related matters to enhance overall performance.

Tertiary qualified in human resources/industrial relations, you will present with a minimum of 7-10 years' human resources experience working in corporate environments. You will have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice HR, strong communication and project management skills and a high level of initiative. A confident and professional HR generalist, you will be a self-starter with a broad HR background, the confidence to deal with senior executives and the ability to manage relationships and gain the confidence of employees.
