o manage the day-to-day HR management function including effective creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, recruitment – local, high volume, mass recruitment plus internationally, compensation and benefits, training and development, manpower planning and employee relations. The ability to manage all aspects of HR Management from A to Z with passion, positivity and professionalism within strict deadlines. 
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day HR departmental activities and ensuring optimal productivity and employee morale
Real focus on Recruitment and on growing the business rapidly and efficiently within strict time scales
Ensuring availability of adequate supply of manpower in accordance with approved manpower plan. Including follow up and effective implementation of sourcing, selecting and recruiting the required manpower in line with established policies and procedures working with the selected exclusive Recruitment partner
Supervising, creating, implementing and providing advice relevant to the implementation of HR policies, procedures and standards 
Ensuring effective implementation of the induction, onboarding and training processes – calendar, interview scheduling, start dates, onboarding process, settling in period – all focused on achieving required levels of staffing with the best new hires in strict time scales
Providing assistance and HR advice to line managers to help them resolve employee and hiring issues
Motivating and working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure that they provide swift feedback and follow up to achieve requirements from manpower to job descriptions to policies to onboarding etc
Consolidating feedback from interviews, general employee feedback, people survey, etc. and recommending improvements/ enhancements to  HR policies
Ensuring regular review and update of the local HR system database and coordinating with other areas/ functions as needed
Supervising training and development plans and activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and meeting country requirements
Following up to ensure implementation of career path plans for individual employees in line with the approved training and development plan
Ensuring effective interaction between country and corporate HR departments for recruitment, training and other HR related functions
Participating and contributing to the development and maintenance of country job profiles, in line with corporate standards, to ensure effective recruitment, training, reward considerations and input to performance appraisal process
Participating in the country Development Committee to determine requirements and initiate planning for HR services
Essential Requirements
Degree qualified
At least 8 years experience within HR
3+ years in an HR Manager job title
Must have at least 2 years experience in Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Equipment companies, with a good understanding of HR for Automotive sales companies
Some experience with business expansion/ start up/ business launch experience
Must have experience in high levels of Recruitment, volume recruitment working to tight deadlines to get the best people employed in the company in a short amount of time and controlling the process
Must have experience setting up policies and procedures, and implementing them within an organisation
Excellent management skills, and the ability to organise effectively all aspects of HR
Excellent English communication skills essential
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will depend on interview performance and experience levels
As a guide between 30 – 37k SAR per month total package
