PRIMARY SCOPE 
Support, coach and accompany operational managers in their HR decisions : recruitment, performance management, people engagement and development, career opportunities, compensation and rewards, organizational changes with the aim to support of achievement of business and personal goals. Act as a key enabler to inspire and drive change.
 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the operational managers by recruiting the human resources needed to reach business goals, respecting the budget and optimizing the resources – (mainly commercial subsidiary between 150 and 200 persons approx )
Advise, challenge and support managers with their teams : organization effectiveness, performance management, change management, communication….
Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy to reach strategic business planning. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business.
Conduct training needs analysis and implement training plan to cope with the  business needs. Propose actions plan to identify, address competency, knowledge and talent gap.   
Support managers in performance management, ensure all staff are receiving appraisals in accordance with Company spirit and policies, with care and respect. Take care of the retention of key people.
Perform and contribute to the improvement of HR  processes and policies : workforce administration, compensation review and benefits, recruitment, performance and talent management, training. Manage HR Systems and tools
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements. Be the primary contact for Internal and External Unions Representatives. Contribute to maintain an excellent social climate. 
 
 
Qualifications
 
Studies-Experience

Master Degree
Minimum 8  years HR Generalist experience with ideally international environment assignment
 
 
Skills and Qualifications

Leadership and intercultural capabilities
Experience in initiating and promote change.
Ability to influence, interact and lead transversal HR projects
Business acumen. Understanding of business environment and bioMerieux solutions
Customer oriented (external & internal)
Results oriented
Excellent communication skills, good listener
Ability to work in autonomy
 

Language

Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
