As key member of the of the HR team, the HR Manager leads and manages the people management related agenda at the internal client. As well as leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. The HR Manager identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility of HR function at the assigned region(s)
Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the assigned region(s)
Manage day to day HR operations
Manage and lead the recruitment process within the assigned region
Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally
Build and administrate HR policies and procedures
Review and benchmark Mondia Media Rewards strategy
Promote HR programs to enhance employees retention and reduce turn over
Manage and lead team building initiatives
Manage and lead training and development tools
Support EVP of People on any ad hoc requests on Group level


KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
University degree in business economics with HR focus or comparable degree
Team Player
Communication Skills
Negotiation Skills
Project Management and Change Management Skills
Strong Business Acumen
Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Labor Law Knowledge Skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English and German. Other languages are a plus
