Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

HRBP will be heavily involved and work closely with Technology Division in order to develop HR agenda that support the overall aims and objective of the company. He / She must be a people-focused individual and see the value in aligning HR agenda toward a common goal.

What are you accountable for?

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HR products, services and processes for the assigned Division while integrating and sharing best practices.
Maintain the integrity of employment policies by providing managers and employees with guidance and interpretation of corporate policies, practices, and procedures.
Drive the implementation of the HR strategy in support of short and long-term business goals by building partnerships and alliances throughout the assigned Division.
Represent P&O at the business table while becoming a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management, leadership teams, and management teams.
Support the implementation of cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement and inclusion in order to improve individual and organizational performance.
Act as a change agent by promoting and providing advice and support for organizational change.
Guide and influences employees, managers and leadership team on HR matters to ensure effective and compliant solutions.
Enhance the skills of leaders and managers through facilitated coaching sessions in order to improve their overall leadership effectiveness.
Provide a full range of HR consulting services and problem solving including employee relations, compensation and rewards, talent development, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Involve in recruitment and selection for senior specialist and above role


What do you need to have for this role?

Degree/Diploma holders
10 to 15 years of work experience and 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, in high-tech / engineering / technology industries
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
