Key Responsibilities:


Planning menus, selecting and developing recipes.
Making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time.
Analyzing the food consumption and ordering food from suppliers to appropriate sales levels.
Plans and decides price of the menus.
Stays updated with the current food trends, and designs menus and create new recipes, to foster continuous business improvement.
Ensures that the storage of food meets company and statutory health and safety requirements.
Controls wastage and records / reports all wastage.
Monitors and controls the assigned budget.
 
Qualification Required:


Bachelor's degree or related degree culinary arts.


Experience Required:


10+ years of experience as a Head, or Executive Chef in hotel /catering industry/ restaurants.
