Job Description:

 

To ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
To achieve the highest food standards in order to exceed both customer and staff expectations
Understand and maintain the highest food safety standard throughout the kitchen
Have the ability to work alongside and with the help of FOH and support teams
Have the ability and vision to create specials and new menu items
Oversee menu creation, cost control planning, food inventory and food cost management
Ability to train and develop kitchen team members to ensure a happy, focused and fully productive work force

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years experience
Knowledge and experience in cooking Western cuisine
Experience managing a kitchen team
Well-organized with good interpersonal and skills, team player
Good communication skill in spoken and written English
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
Able to work til late

* Must have HKID or working visa in HK
