In this role, you will be required to:
•    To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department
•    To divert calls to assigned colleague when not in seat
•    To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures
•    To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them
•    To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks etc
•    Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them including tracking delivery
•    Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
•    Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
•    Coordination of ID and other visitors cards
•    Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees
•    Follow up with housekeeping materials, stationary item and place orders

•    Must have effective communication skills and possess good telephone etiquette
•    Should be well versed with Internet/Mails/MS-Word / MS-Excel
•    Should be able to perform Multi - Tasking
•    Should have pleasing personality / Customer centric approach
•    Educational Qualifications
•    (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization)
