• Greet visitors and direct them to meetings or appointments 
• Answer inquiries by providing basic information to clients, suppliers, staff and public 
• Communication with franchisees and clients 
• Manage upper management calendar and coordinate meetings 
• Answer phones, screen and route calls to the appropriate individuals 
• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing mail including faxes, electronic mail and traditional mail through    courier services 
• Create reports as a result of data supplied 
• Order and replenish office supplies, service office equipment 
• Filing, photocopying, faxing, and minutes taking as required 
• Organize catering ordering and set up for franchisee training 
• Assisting with company convention 
• Other administrative/ office duties as required


• Excellent positive attitude 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (both listening and speaking) 
• A friendly and pleasant, but persistent manner 
• Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solutions 
• Previous experience in an office environment 
• Proven typing skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Experience with filing and data entry 
• Strong time management, organizational skills with an ability to multitask 
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment 
• Attention to detail and timely completion of tasks
