- Preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of laboratory instruments
- Maintain good operation of quality control equipment for the pulp and paper industry.
- Phone support for customers and sales.
- Work performed at the Campus: Inspection of new and demonstration equipment and repair.
- Work performed at the customer site: preventive maintenance, repair, installation and training.

The business trips represent 50% of the activities; the candidate must expect to be away from home every two weeks (mainly from Monday to Friday).

- College diploma in electronics or instrumentation
- Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of French would be an asset)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service
- Sound judgment, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent mechanical abilities
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
- Be available for travelling 50% of time
