Absolute seeks an innovative, energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to build and execute programs along with marketing and field sales. This role’s primary responsibility will be to drive demand and accelerate existing Sales opportunities. The candidate will assist in the development of integrated marketing programs, including events, conferences, account-based marketing and other programs. 
Accountabilities Will Include:
Develop and execute regional and account-based marketing programs and plans
Support territory planning and sales alignment within Central and West regions
Accomplish territory pipeline generation goals for both new logo and expansion
Benchmark and improve metrics, including reach, conversion, velocity, value and return
Collaborate with sales to ensure coverage, acceleration and alignment across territories
Represent field marketing at events and regional sales meetings
Define and create a set of packaged marketing and/or event programs to drive demand in key territories and special market segments
Communicate and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
Contract and negotiate with event venues on schedule, room, AV, F&B etc.
Work with corporate teams to promote and support program assets
Manage the requirements for automated campaigns
Measure and analyze field marketing performance against target plan
Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend
Work with marketing operations to analyze sales and marketing performance data, build dashboards, and track key metrics
What You’ll Need:
5 to 7 years of experience in field marketing or equivalent role in B2B enterprise marketing
Experience developing plans to support field sales and account-based marketing
Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and return
Ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketing
Experience with sales and marketing automation, such as Pardot and Salesforce.com
Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing or Business focus 
Target segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business cases to target new logos
Write and deliver marketing quality presentations that are adjusted by audience;
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Applies creative ideas to ensure field marketing success
Flexibility and "can-do" attitude
Strong communication and influence skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Security industry marketing a plus
Ability to manage through multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Strong grasp of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
Articulate complex, technical information
