- Ensure responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of analysers manufactured by ABB.
- Assist customers through telephone and electronical mail, as part of the activities of the call center.
- Perform tasks while complying with the established standards, instructions, policies and procedures.
- Participate in the sale of products and services by fostering business development.
- The evaluation of performance is based, among other things, on the customer satisfaction and profitability of activities.


The Customer Service Representative is based in Quebec City. However, the nature of the position requires frequent travels to both customers (US and International) and to various ABB offices.

Specific Qualifications: 

- Bachelor of Applied Sciences, specialization in physical engineering and/or a college diploma (DEC) in physical engineering and/or any other relevant experience/training
- Customer service experience
- Bilingualism (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability for travel is a required (between 25 to 50% of the time)
- Communication skills, customer orientation, self-starter, concert for order and quality
- Ability to adapt to the cultural and local realities of the countries visited
- Perseverance, punctuality and reliability
