The “CSR” is responsible for the management and coordination of Pack Mat operational issues for the
Customers and works in close integration with KAMs (Key accounts Managers) and Supply Chain team.

His main responsibility includes:
* Packaging Material and Add. Mat. Supply Chain planning
* Sales Order placement & Confirmation
* Delivery Schedule creation & Follow-up
* Invoicing to Customers
* Delivery / Export Document preparation
* Design Administration
* Claims Administration
* Management of Finish Goods Inventory
* Forecast Handling and coordination with KAM's
* Issue management
* Coordination with customers and Suppliers
