Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for executing the order fulfillment in a cost effective manner, along with anticipating and resolving service problems. The incumbent is expected to implement improvement to processes, teamwork and supply chain efficiency. He/She is required to work independently, pro-active in his/her approach and in his/her capacity exercise good follow-up with local decision making skills and able to resolve issues in a demanding customer oriented operational environment.

Major Responsibilities

Assist Customer Service Manager in day-to-day operations, producing reports, training service coordinators, and managing Credit Note operations for Stocks Return.
Manage and provide professional customer service in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Deliver and maintain high level of quality customer service level.
Execute order fulfillment and process CN returns in an accurate and timely manner. This includes checking for stock availability and highlight OOS to related parties with the aim towards 100% order-fulfillment.
Interface with 3rd party logistics provider and external customers including handling customer complaints, delivery schedule or cancellations.
Ensure compliance with set policies, procedures and internal controls.
Prepare daily / monthly service level-related reports checking, compilation and submission within agreed timeframe.
Understanding SAP functionality, specifically OTC module.
Good communication & interpersonal skills to manage both internal & external stakeholders.
Good time management and efficient to ensure daily task completion.
Knowledge and communication of customer's expectations
Knowledge of the business and supply chain objectives.
Desirable Qualifications/ Experience / Skills

2-3 years related experience in Customer Service preferably in a Consumer Goods MNC Company
Minimum degree qualification is desirable
Bilingual (where applicable)
Enjoy working in a customer service environment, and dealing with customers on an everyday basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
SAP knowledge in order processing-related areas is highly advantageous.
