Great opportunity to join a global supply and manufacturing company in the field of medicine and science. The office is based north of Adelaide, with onsite parking available. Joining a small team, we will be looking for you to start January 2017.

Within the role of Customer Service Administrator you will be taking phone orders and processing email requests to fulfil client requirements. You will be a skilled individual who thrives to demonstrate your sound administration skills, manage a busy workload and be able to prioritise the tasks with ease and confidence.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to:

Respond confidently to incoming service calls
Deliver outstanding customer service
Provide excellent administrative support
Process orders via phone and input data
Confidently use MS Excel spreadsheets.
Skills & experience

Previous administration experience within manufacturing environment
Excellent communication; both written and oral
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
High attention to detail
Capability to build strong working relationships
