Job description


Be the voice of our customers across the organization. Listen to customer feedback, act and react to ensure the happiness of our customers across Fave and KFit platforms.
Attend to email / chat / phone queries from our customers and provide clear and effective solutions.
Work closely with operations, marketing, product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Drive further improvements for customer journey and operations.
Share customer experience best practices and align processes and practices across organization
Deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service

 

Requirement:


Positive attitude and energetic approach
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
Results-driven, action-oriented , and self-motivated mindset
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Chinese (written & verbal) would be an added advantage.
Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment
Must be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity
