Job description

 • Plan, organize, control and evaluate projects from beginning towards end;

 • Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations;

 • Prepare project budget estimates;

 • Plan and prepare schedules and monitor that the deadlines are met;

 • Coordinate with construction workers and subcontractors;

 • Prepare progress reports and deliver them to clients;

 • Ensure that work safe regulations are adhered upon;

 • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions;

 • Supervise, hire and train staff;


Job Requirements

 • Completion of high school is required

 • University degree or college diploma in civil engineering or construction technology with 1 tear of experience


 4 years of experience in construction industry
