CIVIL SUPERVISOR - New South Wales - Australia

Key responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to):

Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes
Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management
Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work
Build strong internal and external stakeholder management through positive, proactive and professional communication to keep key personnel informed
Complete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager
Ensure compliance of commercial and financial costs including budgets and the implications of directions within your authority limits
 To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following:

Trade Qualification or similar
Qualifications and training, e.g. Diploma, Building/Construction, Project Management
Year 12 or equivalent. Builders registration (if applicable)
2-5 years previous construction experience in a similar role.
Substantial Industry experience in Trade and Construction
Previous experience in detailed civil works and in-ground services
