Job description

We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents.


Leading a team of 4 people to handle project financial management for international and Hong Kong projects
Perform management/financial reporting, business analysis, and budgetary control
Ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to
Responsible for project financial reporting, management and profit planning
Liaise with internal project managers and report to top management directly on a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Coordinate on the Asia Reporting and maintain/review monthly reconciliation
Ad-hoc assignments as and when required


University Degree and Member of an internationally recognized accountancy body such as ACCA, HKICPA preferred
8-10 year working experience, MNC environment / project management firm / audit experience in Big 4 CPA firm with SOX experience preferred
Hand-on experiences in Oracle System and HFM, advanced skill in MS Excel, VBA Macro and PowerPoint is preferred
Good team player with supervising skill, able to work in matrix organization
Strong business acumen and able to understand management prospective in analyzing the financial performance
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Accountant
