Description


Engage with strategic vendors/partners for core L3 support functions
Chalk out the support strategy and process for new engagements and align to the constant changes with the organization w.r.t the operation model on incident fixes and monthly releases
Support GPD L3 head in tracking expenses against available budget and also augment the efforts towards key initiatives such as EOVS and similar migrations.
Lead governance and tracking for entire L3 Support function across GPD L3 teams
Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Release Management, Production Management and UTT teams for a seamless monthly release cutover
Lead the L3 team and extend support to Production Management team during Continuity of Business drills

 

Qualifications


Bachelor’s/Master's degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 to 6 years of experience in Technical Solution Development or Support for Consumer Banking
Prior experience in large scale Enterprise application development/support, capacity planning, optimization, re-engineering, performance fine tuning and cost optimization
Prior experience in managing technologies like WPF, WAO, JAVA, TIBCO or other similar platforms
End-to-end comprehensive functional and technical knowledge of the Banking, Cards, CRM, Service Management Platforms.
Robust problem solving skills, experience in identifying and quantifying problems
Able to think out of the box in developing effective resolutions and overcoming obstacles in an expeditious manner with required approvals from System and solution architects
Strong technical and analytical skills, able to assess, analyze and interpret complicated technical design and develop less complex solutions
Strong understanding of Traditional/Agile SDLC lifecycle and Test management with relevant experience
Possesses and displays excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and teams
Demonstrates accountability, thought-leadership, initiative, independence and willingness to learn
Demonstrated ability to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones
Strong team player with matrix management skills
Flexible and able to manage time and juggle multiple priorities
Able to work with a sense of urgency, under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision
