The Client
 
Widely respected Not for Profit organisation based in the heart of the CBD. Offering a wide range of services to those undergoing hardship or marginalisation.
 
The Role
 
Fast-paced and often complex, there will be lots to learn in this administration role supporting various teams.
 
Duties will include:
 
* Extensive use of MS Office including Excel

 
* Data Entry with high levels of accuracy

 
* Telephone liaison and relief reception cover

 
* Production of reports and documents
 
The Person
 
Well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently as well as part of the broader team. Able to hit the ground running and pick up new systems easily, you will be proactive and able to work well under pressure
 
Confident and articulate, you will be keen to offer your administrative skills wherever needed and be comfortable in learning new processes.
 
The successful candidate will have Intermediate Word and Excel and proven administraive capability
 
This role is offered on a permanent full time basis with a commencement date in February
