To perform a wide range of daily administrative duties and support activities for the Management and/or People
Operations Department to facilitate the efficient operation for the organization.
To prepare and submit all staff expenses claims, transaction record, and necessary filing and must be able to meet all submission deadlines.
To assist Accommodation Team in monitoring the following weekly or monthly tackers:-
MM Team Hiring Status - for every new hires
Business Trips Expense tracker - weekly
Cash Advance tracker - weekly
Package tracker - every new document received or sent
PO monitoring sheet - every PO created with Finance Team
Market kit tracker - for every production/distribution of any business kits for MM
Operational cost tracker - for every operational cost occurred within MM Team
Inventory competitiveness tracker - remind MM/MC to fill in a weekly basis to monitor our competitors' inventory
To welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
To perform front desk duties, attend to incoming and outing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
To attend to enquiries, purchases, suppliers and courier services.
To maintain cleanliness of office lobby.
To maintain security by following procedure, rules and regulations.
To maintain Daily Visitor’s log book and issuing visitor’s badges.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Management and/or Line Manager from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/SPTM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
Good Interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
