Duties:
Monitor status of contracts
Update database and reporting systems daily
Liaise with clients/customers
Data entry
Accounts payable and receivable
Associated sales administration
General receptionist duties

Requirements:
Suitable applicant with experience in accounting software is highly desirable
Must have Microsoft office skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Have a “can-do”, proactive and enthusiastic attitudeia
