Ireland minister for employment, Mr Richard Bruton announced that nearly 185 jobs will be generated in Wexford and Dublin by 5 US based companies and 1 European company.

These jobs are generated in several sectors such as medical devices, business analytics and technology verticals.

NuoDB is starting its development center in Dublin and another office in the city of Belfast. The company is planning to hire engineers, tech support professionals and developers in Europe in the next 3 years. These include 50 employees for Dublin and around 20 for Belfast center.

French based financial & technology company Megatransfert SAS, which specializes in micro-payments via e-money solutions and prepaid cards is planning to hire 20 employees.

Artisan Infrastructure which is establishing its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) corporate office in Dublin is creating 30 jobs. Apart from it, DataClarity will be adding 30 jobs to its headcount in the next 2 years in Dublin.

Medical device manufacturing company CRI will create 25 jobs in the coming 3 years at Wexford facility, and another 30 jobs were announced by US based company Modern Marketing concepts, which is planning its EMEA office in Sandyford.

All these investments are being supported by the employment ministry, Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation of Ireland.
