Capcom Vancouver is growing! We have three projects in play. There is lots of work to be done! We need the help of smart, passionate and dedicated people to help us make our games! As a Rendering and Systems Engineer you are responsible for runtime visuals and ensuring we deliver on our runtime performance targets. Your responsibilities include developing shaders, profiling the game to identify performance issues, and coordinating with the rest of the development team to address those performance issues. Performance targets will include frame rate, load times, and install size and download size targets.

Deliver high quality and well-structured code.
Design, architect, implement and maintain game features, infrastructures and tools.
Work closely with Artists, Designers and other engineers to ensure features hit the quality bar for our AAA products.
Participate in estimating and planning.
Maintain a high standard of quality of work throughout the development process.
Share knowledge and work with colleagues to develop best practices.
4+ years of experience developing games in Unity.
You have developed at least one AAA mobile title and carried it through to operations.
Expert level knowledge in one or more of:
Mobile gameplay development
Visual development / Shader development
Superior and pioneering problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and creative team members.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
